The pandemic, civil unrest, isolation, family dysfunction, disruptions to our routines are
all contributing to emotional and mental fatigue. This course will offer insight, tools, and
a spiritual foundation for our partners and the community to become self-aware and
discuss the importance of thriving in the mental and emotional spaces of our lives.

The Color of Compromise: The Truth about the American Church’s Complicity in
Racism, by Jemar Tisby : A Book Study
Since the colonial era and the foundation of this nation, the church has been an active
participant in perpetuating the institution of racism. This study, using the book The
Color of Compromise by Jemar Tisby as a guide, will explore the historical and social
intersection of race, religion, and politics through the history of our nation and show how
the church was an active participant. This book will also offer practical solutions of how
we as Christians can confront racism today and help bring about racial justice.
